Hextal approval workflows automate your internal validation processes, eliminating reminder emails, paper signatures and oversights. You design your validation circuits via a simple visual interface: who must approve, in what order, with what trigger thresholds, and what happens on approval or rejection.
Each workflow can be triggered manually by a user or automatically by an event (document uploaded to a folder, Kanban card created, deadline reached). Approvers receive a notification in Hextal and by email, with a direct link to the item to approve. They can approve, reject, request changes or delegate the decision to a colleague.
All approvals, rejections and comments are timestamped and recorded in the chained audit trail. The CAdES electronic seal can be automatically applied to the document once the approval workflow is complete, providing certified proof of validation. Completed workflows are archived in the WORM journal for compliance.
