Hextal collaborative workspaces are dedicated work environments that bring together all the tools needed for team collaboration: documents, messaging, video, Kanban, calendar, workflows. Each workspace is autonomous, with its own members, permissions, document space and discussion channels.
You can create as many workspaces as needed: one per client project, one per internal team, one per committee, one per external supplier. Each workspace is isolated from the others: members of one workspace only see the documents and conversations of that workspace, unless you explicitly invite them. Permissions are granular: an external supplier can have access to a single workspace, with read-only access to certain folders, without seeing the rest of your platform.
Workspaces are customisable: icon, description, pinning of important resources, module order. They can be archived at the end of a project, with full data preservation in a timestamped WORM journal. Archiving preserves the complete history while clearing the interface of completed projects.
