Hextal doesn't ask you to abandon your existing business tools. Native connectors allow you to integrate Hextal with your ERP (SAP, Odoo, Cegid), your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), your accounting tools (Pennylane, QuickBooks, Sage) and many more via a documented REST API and configurable webhooks.
Integration works both ways: a new client created in your CRM can automatically generate a collaborative workspace in Hextal with standard contract documents. An invoice generated in your ERP can be automatically deposited in the client's document space, timestamped and electronically signed. Leave approved in Hextal can be synchronised with your HRIS.
All exchanges between Hextal and your business tools are encrypted in TLS 1.3 and timestamped. The Hextal audit trail records each synchronisation, providing complete traceability of data flows between systems. Connectors are configurable per workspace: each team can have its own integrations without affecting others.
