The Hextal calendar module provides shared calendars per team, per project or per resource (meeting room, vehicle, equipment). Each user has a personal calendar that can be shared with colleagues, and team calendars let you see everyone's availability at a glance.
The booking system is directly integrated into the calendar: to book a meeting room, simply add it as a participant to the event. The system automatically checks availability and notifies participants. Resources can be configured with specific rules: maximum capacity, authorised time slots, minimum booking lead time, manager approval.
Hextal calendars synchronise with your external calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook) via CalDAV. Events created in Hextal can include an automatically generated video conference link, attachments, an agenda and meeting notes. All events are timestamped and linked to the relevant workspaces.
